This is really weird but I was just googling for Riina Shiigo (just to know how to spell her name) but I came across a blog post on BLOGSPOT.COM. It say's the blog belonged to Riina Shiigo. I don't know if that's the real her but anyway, as I was saying, I found a blog post about a note that was found in a bottle along the coast of the British Isles in year 1995. Here's the content :
