I've been monologuing a lot more lately. More than once I've had to restrain from thinking out too loudly when I'm walking alone along the roofed walkway back to my room in college. Perhaps I've finally succumbed to the madness that is IB. I'm sure it's fascinating if you're lucky enough to witness it. I can get pretty animated when I'm conversing with myself. It's not that I don't have friends to talk to. Instead it's just that sometimes I think I should literally listen to what I have to say. I find it easier to be honest to myself that way. It helps me figure out whether I'm doing the things I do just to please others, whether I'm happy with the decisions I make, whether I should be doing something about what's not working out for me and whether it's wise to be doing what I'm doing at the moment (like blogging right now when I'm meant to keep my eyes on my books and nothing else). I think monologuing is my way of achieving zen with myself. You should give it a try, provided it's not somewhere public.

...isn't blogging kind of monologuing as well? Idk.

So before you write me off as crazy, I'll switch the topic to that of food. It's something we all can relate to, no? Well speaking of food, Seremban has very little variety compared to the kind of variety available in KL and PJ and all that. I remember how hard it used to be to decide on a place to go to for a meal because of the limited choices, which is why I always look forward to going to Penang every year. The food there is the devil but it's just oh-so-good! But anyway, getting back to the food in Seremban, I've noticed that being locked up in KMB with nothing to eat other than the stuff that they serve us at the cafeteria and the rather pricey stuff they offer at the college food court has made my tastebuds regard Seremban food as highly appetising. It's a good thing. In fact, being in KMB has made me appreciate a lot more things other than food that I previously took for granted, especially my parents. I love you guys!

Anyhoo, this will be the start of my two week hiatus from the Internet (or so I tell myself). Wish me luck for my semester exam. I hope I will pull through unscathed and with my sanity intact. Till then, adieu!
